What we collect
Browsing this website. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking tools, and we do not set cookies. Your browser keeps a record of your cookie choice, your scroll position and, if you use the switch, your light or dark choice; none contains personal data or is sent to us. If you arrive from one of our campaign links and allow it, your browser also notes which link for that visit, and it is included only in an enquiry you choose to send (see our Cookie Policy). Fonts and images are served from this website, not from third parties. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so that the site can be delivered and protected from abuse.
Enquiries. Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and country, the type of enquiry, and optionally your company and a message. When you send an enquiry, these details (with the piece you asked about and, if you allowed it, the campaign link that brought you here) are stored securely with our database provider, and we use them only as described below.
Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18, and this website is not intended for them.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
- To arrange and fulfil wholesale or export orders you place with us.
- To keep the business records that Indian tax and trade laws require.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit an enquiry, and, where you ask us for a quotation or place an order, on taking the steps needed for that contract. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business (such as website hosting and email), under obligations to protect it, and with authorities where the law requires. Some providers may store data outside India; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Records of orders are kept for as long as Indian tax and business laws require, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, to erase it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent. Under the DPDP Act you may also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. In the EU or UK you also have the rights to restrict processing, to object and to data portability.
To make a request or a complaint, contact us using the details above. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information (such as payment card details) through the enquiry form or by email.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date above. If we start using analytics or cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.
