Refunds & Returns

No purchases or payments are made on this website. Every order is placed directly with us, following a written quotation, so returns, cancellations and refunds are agreed for each order.
Where your terms are set out
Before you confirm an order, we will set out in writing (in the quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation) the terms that apply to it, including payment, production and delivery, cancellation, and what happens if goods arrive damaged, defective or not as ordered. Those written terms apply to your order.
If there is a problem with your order
Please contact us as soon as possible, and within any period stated in your order terms, with your order reference, a description of the problem, and photographs of the goods and their packaging. We will review it promptly and confirm the remedy available under your order terms, which may be a replacement, a credit or a refund.
Approved refunds are made to the account the original payment came from, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where it applies.
